1. Fault and Repair related Services are totally Free of cost .

2. Fault Set-top box are Repaired with Free of cost . (except physical damage or damaged by water)

3. No Guarantee for Adapter and the Remote we provide .

4. Your monthly bill are calculated according to the package you choose .

5. Last date to Pay the Bill is 12th of every month, the unpaid customers are Automatically Disconnected by SCV on 12th midnight .

1. Last date to settle your Due is 12th of every month, the unpaid customers are Automatically Disconnected by SCV on 12th midnight with out any intimation.

1. We usually install the set-top box within 48 hr.

2. Set-top box which we provide is not for sale However we charge ( ₹350 for the Standard box ) and ( ₹600 for the HD box ) as a Refundable deposit amount.

3. Additionally, we may also charge ₹250 as an installation charge  For laying Wires which is Not a refundable amount.

4. Our billing system is post-paid, which means you will Pay for the month you watched. ( Click to know PACKAGE and How our bills are calculated )

1. If a customer plans to disconnect from our service for more than 10 months, The customer should return the following materials: SET-TOP BOX, SCV REMOTE, ADAPTER, AUDIO-VIDEO CABLE (Red, White, Yellow Cable) to our office and get your refund.

1. You will be Refunded the sum of ( ₹350 for the Standard box ) and ( ₹600 for the HD box ) while returning your set-top box,  However, we will subtract the monthly due amount you need to Pay.

2. Damaged SET-TOP BOX are not taken into account and the amount is not refundable.

3. If you have not returned the ADAPTER with the Set-top box you will be charged ₹50, which will be subtracted from your refund.
